Why did I not receive my confirmation email?

Please check that the confirmation email is not in your SPAM-Mailbox.

Try to register again with the same Email address, making sure you do not have a mistyping error.

In case of rejection because of another registration or other reasons, Please use the contact form on http://mobilepdm.com/en/contact and we will get back to you shortly.

Why could I not connect to the mobilePDM repository to view the demo?

Most likely, your access to the Internet is not enabled. Check your 3G connection. Check your Wireless Connection. Verify is you can open any webpage on Safari and try again. If connection is still not enabled, please contact us.

How can I connect mobilePDM to our Solidworks Enterprise PDM?

mobilePDM connects to Dassault Solidworks Enterprise PDM via a dedicated Connector. This connector will be available soon from Your original Dassault Systemes Solidworks VAR provider. We are currently working with the DS Solidworks VAR community in order to bring and make the product available for distribution

Can I have a trial version of the Connector?

When the connector will be available, please contact your Local SolidWorks VAR. We will announce the availability of the mobilePDM Connector on our website. Please use the Contact us form for any question you may have.
